Supervised organizations with up to 200 employees, managed annual G&A budgets and annual C&O budgets. Including Material tractability, cost tracking, scheduling and supervising regulatory inspections (Drydocking / UWILDS, Special Periodical Surveys, SEILOD's and annual/intermediate inspections) with Regulatory Agencies, Flag State, Port State, Class (ABS, BV, DNV, Lloyd's), BOEM, EPA, Operations Managers, Rig Managers, Rig Superintendents, Rig Crews, and Third Party Contractors. Coordinate Regulatory Agencies and Rig crews clearing OCR's, 835's, deficiencies and outstanding structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements. Coordinate and assist in incline experiments. Develop and coordinate the implementation and commissioning of structural, mechanical and operator upgrades. Working knowledge of various codes such as but not limited to API, CFR's, ISO, OSHA, MMS, BOEMRE, BOEM, BSEE, HSE, IADC, SOLAS, LSA, IMO, NVIC's, CAP 437 Standards for Offshore Helicopter Landing Areas includes 6th and 7th Edition for the design.
