ACCOMPLISHMENTS: * Construction Superintendent of a $46.5 million titanium mine processing facility and administrative offices in Stony Creek, Virginia. * Leveraging plant augmentation and automation I increased production capabilities of fluid fertilizer plant from 350 tons per 16-hour shift to 600 tons per eight-hour shift. * Facilitated growth of chemical application from 16,000 acres to 47,000 acres, increasing sales from $1.2 million to $3.6 million in 26 months. * Project manager for two green field plant designs and five significant plant redesigns resulting in successful outcomes for stakeholders. * Directed a team of legal, financial and international business strategists located in USA, Hong Kong and China, which was successful in obtaining licensing permits, dockage rights and exclusive rights of passage from the Chinese Government.
