My professional career has consisted of over 30 years in mortgage banking, with emphasis on underwriting of Conventional and VA/FHA loans. I have an AA in Business Administration and I obtained a HUD CHUMs number, which is still active. I have worked with both retail and wholesale loans and owned my successful mortgage company in the past. I hold NC and FL Real Estate Brokers licenses. I have supervisory and administrative background as well. I have operated a wholesale loan center for a large bank in California. The last five years have been spent working remotely as an Underwriter, QC Underwriter, Rebuttal Underwriter and Forensic Underwriter. My goal is to obtain employment which is long term as an underwriter working remotely from my home office. I am able to travel occasionally for training, etc. The contract I was working on most recently was completed on 2/6/15, so I am available immediately. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards,
