I am an experienced LPN Case Manager having experience as charge Nurse of a sub-acute-Long term care unit. For the past 2 year I have been working as a Case Manager(MDS), State/Federal clinical reimbursement for my facility. I am currently employed by Revera Health Care for the past 9 years. I am hard working, ambitious and always willing to continue learning. I truly enjoy going to work every day.
