I have solid management, sales, customer service background, experience in health care, data entry retail, and records management, and great success with training employees. I worked for several fortune 500 companies. I’m accustomed with working in a fast paced work environment. I am adaptable to any situation; possess several team leader qualities as well as a great motivator, and team player. In my years with management experience I have trained many associates who were successfully promoted into management. I pride myself on giving associate’s all the tools to succeed, so they can grow to benefit the company and themselves. My goal is to provide the absolute best customer experience in every circumstance. I have developed many customer service skills over the years while working in a high volume call center, selling merchandise, and doing ministry work for my church.
