I consider myself as a self motivated person. I am a born leader and unstoppable by opinions of others. I am a construction specialist in my field:and an excellent instructor of concrete foundations,all flat work, pattern or stamped finishes,color pigments, dyes,acid stain, texture finishes, art grinding, saw cutting, Blueprint reading, pool building and design, I can take the worst looking pool and turn it into a masterpiece. The quality I require, is second to none. When up grades are necessary I know how to take the job on and what materials and what type to use. I consider my customers the life line of my company and I will never over charge them. I am capable of making a dream happen. I consider the person who hires me is very lucky to have me on his team. I know my business . Since 1970 I can take a piece of property and place a building slab without any information needed from my peers as long as I have a set of plans that are unquestionable. I can schedule work and the subs without having people working on top of others. weather permitting I usually have a job completed before the deadline. I order material to have it on the job ready to start without having to wait on materials. I can handle time keeping and make sure a job site is cleaned up on a daily bases. I have had 44 years of commercial and residential job experience, and the customer is #1 and if they have questions they will not be answer in a condescending way. I am punctual and on time every time.
