Electronic Specialist that is responsible for achieving goals and profitability objectives from new and existing clients. I am engaged in regional business development, identifying marketplace opportunities, developing new technology and engaging new clients. I am responsible for supporting the Field Operations team, and leveraging their existing customer base as well as managing key accounts on a one to one basis to be able to identify client needs, budget requirements and develop a scope of work that will accurately define the functionality and features of the system. I help guide the client through the planning/design, implementation/closeout and support phases of their projects. I have the the unique ability to become a partner with the client before, during, and after the installation to ensure quality client service.
