My background includes serving as a Fiber Customer Support Analyst within call-center environments. Most recently, I work for Verizon Fiber Solution Center in Oxnard California. I have been at Verizon for 11 years, 2 years at maintenance and repair for Business DSL and 9 years in the Fiber Solution Center my current position. Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier and television services provider. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot and analyze a variety of end user issues, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions. I consistently meet my call-volume goals. In addition to this experience, I also bring to the table strong network proficiencies in SONET, LAN/WAN, T1, Router’s, Switch’s Desktop Support for Novell, Microsoft and Apple.
