To introduce myself, I am an IT professional with a collective 20 years of experience. Many of them for a Fortune 20 Company, JPMorgan Chase. My progressive roles have included being a Senior Technical Specialist, IT Production Support Manager, Regional IT Manager, and VP for Call Center Delivery and Outage Management. My background includes providing technical management, support and direction in a large scale environment across the U.S. and offshore. Success in these roles was measured by my ability to balance outage and downtime impacts against customer service scores and goals.
