CollapseResponsibilities

My people skills seem to be the most important. Our company is extemely large and most of our employees have been with us for 20+ years. They work hard and all have special needs, whether it be personal, physical or mental, and are simply people. I try to accomodate their schedules and the types of jobs that they are required to preform. I also am responsible for payroll, which is computer friendly...and sometimes not so friendly. So, often times I have to deal with paychecks that have been incorrect and fix the problem. As we all know, paychecks are the only reason that we show up for work everyday.
