I have worked as an Owners Representative, Site Leader, Sr. PM in Critical Facilities, Industrial, Health Care, Schools and Federal Government Project sectors. My skill sets include an expertise in PM delivery, Budget responsibility, Client Management, Contract Management, Design/Build delivery and Business Development. I have extensive PM experience in leading detailed design teams of engineering professionals and construction teams in Resource management, Scope Development, Scheduled Deliverables, Construction Administration, Document Development, Commissioning and Administration through and including Project Close-Out.
