Currently working as a Section Manager/Field Supervisor for Verizon in the Construction industry. I have well over 20 years in Project Management & Leadership. I am responsible for a diverse talented workforce. I have managed up to 32 technicians from Union and/or Non-union labor forces. I work well and effective with people from diverse backgrounds and a variety of cultures. I manage a fleet of vehicles, responsible for my outstanding clean driving record as well as providing training, on the road observation ride-alongs and discipline. I currently work in an industry that provides service in the public and private sectors. I am flexible, able to convince & motivate others. I provide clear, precise instructions, support and encourage teambuilding development. I have the ability to work well with others and providing support as necessary.
