Summary of Qualifications: I have more than 25 years of IT Project Manager experience which focused on completing information technology projects on time and within budget. This included over 15 years assuring that Release Management, Quality Assurance and testing processes were completed satisfactorily prior to production deployment. For more than ten years I have had direct involvement in the management of the Release Management process, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management methodology for the Office of Justice Programs (OJP).
