As a developer I automated many repeatable manual processes, as well as empowering customers with information for retention as well as new business. As a manager I solved for technical upgrades, process (internal and Agency), disaster recovery, information access, system upgrades, and Enterprise technical solutions. As PM, I completed projects within timeframes set and budgetary guidelines. I have developed training material and executed on it for company acquisitions. I have a great understanding of SDLC and have a developed confidence with disciplines such as CMMi (certification from Carnegie Mellon) and Six Sigma (Black Belt from GE).
