Description
Combing out of retirement to work for three or four more years before I quit work altogether. I see myself working for a Land Development Company in charge developing total land improvement and construction cost from clearing the land, putting in subdivisions followed by construction cost for residential, multi family, strip mauls and condominiums. I have experience working on these types of projects plus ten years as Sr.Estimator/Project Development Mgr. developing budgets for University Campus that had there own Regional Hospital.
