Experience Government Contactor Advanced Resource Technologies 2015 - present Darpa Arlington VA * Ensure that expendable supply items are ordered in sufficient time and quantity to prevent work interruptions in agency operations. * Prepares, verifies, abstracts, controls, or closes out procurement documents, files, reports, or records. * Updates and maintains the currency of procurement documents or related information. * Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts and orders using automated or manual files and through contracts with vendors, supply technicians, inventory managers, etc. * Review reports and research errors or conflicting information in procurement documents. * Investigate errors in shipment, payment, and/or contract documentation. * Request, receive, pick-up, transport, store, and distribute supplies. * Initiate action to transfer items to property disposal activity and cancel items from inventory. * Extracts/assembles data from files or other sources to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. * Conduct periodic inventories research inventory shortages prepare inventory adjustment reports and conduct periodic checks of merchandise to detect loss through theft, pilferage, and deterioration. * Acts as Systems Administrator managing the DARPA Supplies Catalog. * Review customer request for supplies, make order astments as necessary, approve or deny orders. * Pull customer supply items from inventory for delivery to customer or customer pickup. * Respond to walk-ins customer to AS 03-025. * Brief walk-in customers on the use of the DARPA Supplies * Answer phones and greet customers. * Respond to customers inquires and provide information within established guidelines. * Provides customer training and usage information regarding automated tools and office equipment. * File documents in accordance with established procedures. * Perform basic data entry. * Enter all tasks, as appropriate, into the Performance Tracking System (PTS). * Completes entries in Weekly Activities Reports database, monthly reports and other documents. * In coordination with support agencies participate in the disposal of excess material, equipment and furniture. * Record disposal dispositions of inventory in appropriate system (e.g. Capital Assets - Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). * Maintain accurate records of items in supply and facilities storage areas while organizing the items in an orderly manner. * Hang whiteboards, clocks, signage, pictures and other misc. items. * Perform furniture and equipment set ups for conference rooms, offices and special events. * Perform office furniture reconfigurations and inter-office personnel / safe moves with the assistance of others and material handling equipment. * Assemble, inspect and repair furniture and equipment. * Organize, schedule, and coordinate with DARPA customers to complete assigned service tickets. * Perform as directed walkthroughs to identify and report building maintenance deficiencies or items requiring corrective action. * Maintain the status and action taken of assigned service tickets in DARPA's facilities service ticket management IT software system.
