Superintendent for several award winning projects. I am seeking to join a team that will utilize my experience and knowledge in managing construction projects. Experience in public works, private real estate development, commercial, T.I., ground up, design-build, seismic retro-fit, and abatement. With AA Degree, A & B Licenses, Combination Building Inspector's Certificate, Project Manager Certificate, I am well rounded with project communications with Project Team from tradesmen to CEO as well as CM's, A&E's, and clients.
