I am a seasoned procurement pro and a licensed attorney with extensive experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, and procurement at Federal Government agencies (Department of Defense and Treasury Department), major financial services corporations, and technology companies. I have been a contracting officer at DoD and at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB). At PB, I have managed pricing compliance and managed contracts and subcontracts (including contract drafting, negotiation, administration, mediation, arbitration, and closeout) on a major international design-build project. With the acquisition of PB by WSP, I find myself looking for a new opportunity at a new firm.
