Description
As delineated in the enclosed resume, I have a strong management background of five scientist (M.Sc level), and efficient project leadership. My team and I solved several scientific challenges which enabled breakthrough in three distinct projects (the main project focused on an inhaled drug for a chronic respiratory disease). My academic career from which more than 16 papers were published was fascinating and fruitful. Scientifically, I am knowledgeable in two distinct areas: lipids, which are very important components of various cancerous occurrence and proteins (enzymes) biochemistry. My experience with a variety of protein analytical techniques, including different assays development, enzymes activity and kinetics, ELISA, LC-MS-MS, diverse chromatographic methods, SDS-PAGE, western blot and requisite experience with lipids biology, can be of much benefit to any company. Apart from my technical skills, I believe that my best virtue is creativity, flexibility and “out of the box” thinking which enabled me to solve numerous biological problems throughout my professional career (and I would be happy to elaborate if required). As a project manager I supervised directly a group of five scientists and worked intimately with different divisions in the company (including the Regulation, Clinical lab, Process development, IP and QC). I am currently pursuing an alternative to my work as R&D Project manager at Protalix Biotherapeutics and would be happy to work in a research position. I believe that my training skills, communication and teamwork can benefit any company.
