I have been practicing law for over 14 years and have represented and defended developers and general contractors in general liability claims arising from the construction of single family homes, condominiums or other multifamily residential and commercial properties and have represented real estate brokers and agents in errors and omission cases and elevator companies in personal injury actions. I have also represented commercial general liability insurance companies and title insurance companies as well as their insured in all phases of litigation and coverage including, but not limited to, bad faith, fraud, forgeries, subrogation, quiet title, wrongful foreclosure and title and escrow related matters.
