Summary of qualifications During my 30 years of experience, I have been exposed to various types of plant operations of all different sizes and ages. At the Hodgkin's, plant I managed 2 bread lines, 1 roll line and 1 muffin line. While I was at Hodgkin's, I acquired experience in helping a new plant operation in Toledo, Ohio were I was sent to train employees for two month and half. Also, this exposed me to the latest machinery in the baking industry.
