My hands-on client service background started with the Office Depot Account. I was placed as a contractor with Office Depot, while working for Travelers Insurance Company. I have also been serviced by Account Managers for 15 years giving me a unique perspective on what a client expects of an Account Manager and the service level necessary to retain clients. Most important, I know how to recognize opportunities with my customers and with programs. As an Account Manager I am confident in my ability to bring new ideas to clients and sell value and services. I have also been active in local RIMS and other Industry engagements that would allow me to capitalize on these relationships to further build business.
