Description
Throughout my entire career, I was involved in operations that required a great deal of self-organization and strategic planning skills. However, having undertaken responsibilities of a lead role at Jefferson Electric, Inc. in Mexico, I was tasked with the organization of the entire working process and manufacturing operations in this facility. I organized and planned every detail of the facility moving from one country to another that had no effect on profitability, customer service of the quality of the final product. I also supervised the transfer of 8 stamping presses and progressive dies from the US plant to Mexico, while working with Ideal Tomkins, Inc., and was rewarded for its flawless organization and coordination.
