My six years of management experience at Kaiser Permanente have equipped me with a multitude of skills. Senior Management has often utilized my managerial skills by entrusting me with training new managers for the Call Center. I have trained New Employee Orientation and Final Employee Training for the Timekeeping Information Management System. I have provided administrative service for upper management and have been a liaison for Kaiser Permanente in various capacities.
