My continuance to learn, gain knowledge and become more of an asset to said company values in the framework of, yet not limited to, the provision in assistance to my supervisor’s as per required during the last 10 or so year’s of my career : Assisting scope of work; method’s of procedures; planning for new install’s or servicing existing equipment onsite. Rectifying errs or unforeseen issues/changes relevant to the scope of work involving “cut dates” or deadlines. Predominantly hired as a termed contract employee, I have been in direct supervisory of 3 to 5 employees at any one time, usually reporting to a supervisor, general manager or owner/proprietor. ~ Through an inward desire, I have excelled in communicative skills necessary to, (either one to one or multiple employee format’s ie: verbal, email, text, etc.) , carry out specified instructions from various corporate faction’s or head’s.
