I originate from Australia and have been living in Los Angeles for 16 + years. I have been operating on a senior Management level for over 15 years. Prior to arriving in the States, I was running the Milan base as a supervisor / Sr Flight attendant / VIP Concierge for Alitalia Airlines and was based in Rome & Milan. When I arrived in Los Angeles, I embarked on a career in Entertainment reaching Sr Talent Agent status and Department Head. Since leaving the Agency world, I have been catering in the Los Angeles area and as a Persona Chef. However, my range of expertise in the Medical field is also extensive.
