I am a senior Aerosapce Administrator/Analyst who has over 20 years experience. My expertise in in all aspects nonrecurring proposal and contracts submittals for above and beyond the shop floor. • Government Contracts Management, receiving Request for Proposals, interpreting various product requirements, statements of work and schedules for either new or follow-on obligation. • Responsible for understanding the Work Breakdown Structure Alignment for each customer/sow, the ability to research and apply company process and procedure compliance, managing sales order structure and ensure that all pertinent information is applied for accuracy. • For cost reporting purposes, Identify recurring vs. nonrecurring, sales order dash number (used for direct labor and material in conjunction w/s.o.) a clear and concise description of the work to be performed, period of performance, and confirm that all authorized charging departments with summary cost elements have been applied for managing cost and auditing requirements. • Identified and initiated research and analysis to develop decision-making criteria and methodology to be utilized during proposal fact-finds and negotiations with Government Agency Representatives and Customers. Responsible for Management, Customer and Integrated Product Team (IPT) coordination achieving great response by offering straightforward directions and a cooperative disposition.
