Qualifications Summary: My management experience lies in my past skills in the ability to communicate with people at all levels; To be an effective listener and trainer; Committing to and demonstrating company ethical practices; Meeting each daily challenge enthusiastically and training my employees to do the same. Attending all meetings, making an effort to join all conference calls after or during business hours; Prioritizing emails that are received on a daily basis and handling them in their urgency; Looking at every company email as a opportunity to better myself as a manager for the company I work for and my employees; Attending meetings in person, in a conference call or thru a video with a can-do attitude; Setting goals each day and assigning those goals to an individual working independently or with a team. If needed to fill in any job position when needed and take on those duties as if they were my own. More importantly I am able to multi task while handling a customer's issue in person or on a call in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining emphasis on the highest quality of customer service.
