I have 19-20 years experience in Geriatrics, Skilled Nursing Facilities.I am very experienced in working well with staff, good communicator, & with families who have questions about patient. I am goal oriented and with OTR & myself discuss how to achieve these goals to improve overall funtion as well as independence.I have excellent clinical experience and certificates for modalities.Documentation I have good skills in this area secondary to it being extremely important in all settings, I have thorough education in this area as well as experience doing this every day at all jobs ever worked.I am energetic and have a good repore with people, I am outgoing as well as professional in clinical settings.
