POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: *10 years' plus of CNC experience in a manufacturing setting, including: programming, editing, tooling, setup, first run production check, and machine operations. *10 years' plus of writing and programming machinery using M and G codes additional experience programming using Fanuc, Allan Bradley, Cincom, Mazatrol, Seimens and more. *10 years' plus experience editing programs determine tooling and modify process to optimize production with zero scrap parts. *10 years' plus experience in all areas of production, including assembly, inspection, robotic welding, scheduling, quality control and training. *10 years' plus experience performing preventative and repair maintenance on any equipment on plant floor. *10 years' plus ISO9000 certification, Hazmat Certified Trainer, First Responder, and train the trainer courses also others. *10 years' plus experienced supervisor responsible for writing and conducting training on equipment and processes. *10 years' plus expert blue print knowledge able to determine best machine, tooling needed, programming and approach without jeopardizing quality and speed.
