Food saftey, cleanliness, employee devlopment, Food ordering, rotation of product, and schedules. As a manager I was responsible to maintain operations in absence of General Manager. Guest service was a high priority as well as security of money and protect company assets. Accomplishments While this was my start at a career it came with great achievements. I was named Crewlead within the first 3 months, Corporate Trainer in the first year, teacher trainer to all newly hired staff and was chosen to to a video clip for the company on successfully being promoted and how I reached the goals. I became Serv-Safe Certified. Enjoyed training new Crewlead, had a effect i observed as empowering, energetic that motivated the team . All of which increased the stores moral and bottom line profitable . Skills Used I used my leadership skills that my mentors demonstrated in my training. Listening and allowing others to learn was crucial. Observation and patience to identify each persons ability to learn differently had a huge impact. Dedication, commitment, drive, and mentors are a must for leadership. Teamwork is vital to a company's success.
