As a night shift supervisor for the past L2 years, I know my skills and qualifications will make me an asset to Standard Machine & Mfg. With over 40 years in the Tool and Die business, 25 of those years have been in management and supervision. As co-owner of a smalljob shop, I covered all aspects of hiring, training and safety of employees. ln addition, I also quoted and prioritized jobs, made sure they were done correctly and met on-time deliveries. As night-shift supervisor, it is essentiatto work and communicate with departments on the day shift.
