Serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Director of Emergency Services and the Garrison and Division Commanders for all matters pertaining to Military Police, Fire, Force Protection and Physical Security, and all Law Enforcement / Emergency management within the Fort Riley community which encompasses 100,000 acres and over 55,000 personnel. Provides advice and assistance to community leaders on all aspects of Emergency Services and Security Measures. Supervises, develops, implements, and advises of policies and resources in support of 220, Soldiers and Civilian personnel engaged in the daily mission of providing a safer community to the Fort Riley residence. Performed duties as a School Board Representative for three years for his professionalism, discipline and general working knowledge of the infrastructure of Fort Riley and the United States Army Garrison. Worked directly with the CYS School Liaison Services and School Liaison Officer to assist parents of school age children with issues involving on / off post schools and the school's relationship with the local military community.
