I also have advanced knowledge in oil and gas contract drafting, research, negotiation , reviewing, litigation and corporate compliance. An energetic lawyer with a wealth of experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act(FCPA), The Federal Energy Regulatory Commision (FERC)and a clear understanding of the risks in doing business in emerging markets. I possess great communication skills and relate very well with clients.
