Qualifications Synopsis * My knowledge includes a broad range of attributes, possessed from experience as a fulfillment center third shift Outbound Seasonal Supervisor (Red Envelope Inc.) and call center customer service Lead/Rep. (Call Tech Communications) environments. * I have the ability and proven experience to handle customers, temporaries, seasonal and full time staff issues. I utilized moral respect consciously and in a timely fashion to help all in need. * I exercise a strong belief in safety, production, immense customer service, support then grow. * Computer wise, I use internet and a vast number of software programs on a daily bases. As examples, currently the Microsoft Works line-up, E-Time, and Outlook is necessary, since I assist in administrative functions. I also have working knowledge of Business Objects, Warehouse Management Operation System and Lynx. * Recently I have also added, CNC Programming to my attributes at Ryerson (Steel Fabrication) * Now I have collected engineering experience from my time at Wasserstrom.
