I am an independent worker who can multitask and continue to pay attention to detail. I have many years of experience in which gives me perspective into assessments for areas of improvement and Quality Assurance. I can bring this experience to you while working with the Clinical Team to better improve clinical outcome. I have excellent clinical skills in both assessment of the resident and the clinical record. I am very computer oriented and have used many clinical applications including e-Discharge. My focus has been on clinical reimbursement. As a case manager, I have become familiar with many requirements for Home Health DME requirements and billing.
