I have been a Registered Nurse for 28 years. I can honestly say that all of those 28 years I have looked forward to coming to work everyday. I try to get along with other's as well including my fellow medical staff. When I see that my fellow RN's and LPN" are having a difficult time on some of there patience I am the first to help In doing that I feel that I am educat9jg my fellow nurses without intimidating them. I get along well with other's w and I can honestly say that I look forward to educating my fellow nurses while letting my fellow nurses institute the plan of care which was involved in making them being invoved in their plan of care to reach their optimal rehab potential
