I have been in the refinery field for some time now. 12 years to be exact. I've worked my way from a helper in scaffolding, to a craftsmen, and also have a couple years in supervision. (I always finish what I start) and I have people-skills and good communication skills. And don't mind giving my knowledge to someone who wants to learn.
