I have a certification in the Information Mapping writing method. For the past 3 years, I have written documentation for my current employer. I started documenting when I was a Technical Lead for several clients and then I obtained the sole position for the Documentation Specialist. I have created, revised,reformatted and proofed documents internally and for client facing companies. I was a huge participant in bringing on several clients to our company. In addition, I have been nominated to go on site for documentation gathering on multiple occasions. I have created and edited instructional videos for howto’s that were distributed throughout the company on our digital marketing TV’s. I have created and modified several sites on SharePoint while also creating forms for submission and workflows to integrate with the SharePoint sites.
