Result was the need to be flexible and very customer oriented in the push to provide the customer with the applications or hardware that satisfied the customer's needs. The result was frequent Change Requests that were negotiated with TxDOT to reflect the needs of the Business Unit (Customer). The ability to develop close working relationships with the various customers and TxDOT IMD employees. * Projects ranged from $455,000.00 to $854,000.00, and had teams between 7 and 14 people. * Extensive experience in utilizing data modeling since 2007, 2008 for Chumeia, Diamond Company and SR Consulting, those companies which worked in implementing ERP and E-Commerce projects. * Possess strong understanding and use of SQL and multiple types of data modeling and design, of SQL & data modeling processes: Step 1: Get DB Reqs, record as Conceptual Data Model (CDM) Step 2 : CDM into Logical Data Models (LDMs) Step 3 Transform LDMs into Physical Data Model. * 2 of last 3 projects involved legacy DBs, involved maintaining and improving the data to be migrated, so this required a significant understanding of data quality.
