SUMMARY My career in the construction field began as a rebar detailer, progressing to senior detailer, estimator and outside coordinator. Spent twelve years in that field working for both fabricator and supplier of concrete/site construction related materials. Thus, gaining much knowledge in all types of concrete structures and every discipline with regards to blueprint interpretation. The last twenty-five years have been spent working in the general trades starting as quantity surveyor to estimator/project manager on to chief estimator for both self-perform and construction management firms. I have a strong background in concrete, masonry and steel, as well all other aspects of general construction. I have been involved in a great number and a wide variety of successful projects both small and large. Strong Van Dorn Street subway station Washington D.C. to K-Mart in background in all types of water retention structures as well multi-story buildings parking garages and highway work. Developed own listing program on Lotus.
