I have a combined total of 17+ years of Operational Management experience as a 3PL Solutions Provider with, Associated Global Systems and UPS. This includes Multi-Modal Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics, Reverse Logistics Operations, JIT/AOG/NFO Warehousing & Distribution and over 12+ years Experience in Distribution Center & Pre-Positioned Disaster Response & Recovery Asset Management for FEMA. I am dedicated to identifying opportunities for lean logistics, operational process improvements, cost reductions and value-added service level enhancements. I am capable of facilitating change, raising levels of acceptance, have a keen sense of urgency and inspire teamwork from all. I am very skilled in developing, implementing and managing National & Global Logistics Programs/Operations and possess the ability to react quickly to instant deadlines in Emergency Operational Situations, demonstrated proven crisis management skills and able to assess and analyze critical situations and make sound judgments. I can create baselines, establish performance based logistics metrics and actively build effective relationships internally & externally across the Supply Chain.
