I have 20 years experience working in various Leadership roles in Surgical Services. I'm a professional who has an excellent rapport with Physicians. I have a diverse background & knowledge of regulatory requirements necessary to achieve accreditation in both Illinois & Indiana. Work closely with staff to utilize supplies in a very cost effective manor. I have consistently managed staff schedules flexing their hours in order to meet the demands of the Surgery schedule.
