also Responsibilities: I have worked with various companies looking for additional help during their busy season or when they have deadlines to meet certain production quota but don't have the time to hire additional workforce to address their help needs., As a result they refer to Manpower for the help on short notice without having to go through their personnel department bringing in new hires. Accomplishments: I have participated and worked in a warehouse shipping lawn and garden products at a production facility for Melnor Inc.. Also, from mid July of 2015 until October 23, 2015, I was a production and maintenance laborer at a raw vegetable processing plant for the "Food Source" company. Both "Melnor" and "Food Source" are located in the Stonewall Industrial Park of Winchester, VA.
