I'm a chief building engineer in commercial office/medical buildings with over 14 years of experience and have a strong HVAC background, used to be an HVAC service technician. I currently operate a commercial medical building with a staff and we answer tenant requests, hire vendors for repairs as needed, perform quarterly maintenance on all building systems, work with property management on budgets.As an HVAC technician, I repaired all types of heating and air conditioning equipment, duct design, installation and sheet metal work.
