My experience with Lean Business Methodology has been in the field of healthcare. However, I learned this under the guidance of a world-wide consulting firm (SBS) adept at applying Lean to an unlimited variety of industries. My goal is to extend my experience to any and all industries that are ready and willing to embrace a Lean transformation.
