Throughout my career I have been tasked with increasingly complex projects and have gained extensive experience working with a diverse population. I present a strong background in conflict management, leadership, safety procedures, planning, organization, and motivating my fellow employees. I truly feel that it is an exact fit for not only my background but also my future goals as I relocate from Wisconsin to New Mexico.
