As a Security Team Supervisor I was responsible for day to day operations of the security force shift, which included payroll,scheduling,weapon and ammo inventory,field training and leading the response team in a site emergency event. As the Access Control Point Lead my job was to ensure that all officers posted at the ACP understood and adhere to company policies and procedures. I also coordinated all traffic into the nuclear plant for proper authorzation and escorting.
