eCommerce Customer Relations Manager

I have always been fascinated with marketing, advertising and especially the thought of one day owning my own business. The idea of being my own boss was one that has stuck with me from a young age. Both my Great Grandfather, my Grandfather and two of my Uncle’s all own their own businesses, so needless to say the entrepreneurial spirit runs deep within my blood. It was this love, or drive if you will that led me to create my own business (Pinlightened Designs). I have taken marketing classes throughout my college career, but the knowledge and skills that I possess were solely developed from real world experience of owning my own business. I started the company, and run all facets including advertising, marketing, and web design by myself. But this venture opened my eyes, through running my business and being exposed to so many different aspects of the business world, I came to the realization that I too love customer service. I am still currently attending William Paterson University to get my BA in Liberal Studies, and am anticipating graduating in the spring of 2016. I am trying to gain work experience so I am not out in the cold once my degree is attained, since by today’s standards there is no guarantee of a job after college. I am praised for my conceptual soundness, sincerity and hard work and have a great fun and energetic personality that will make anyone’s work day a little better. I am known to be a team worker and also bear a reputation of being a successful team leader when situation demands. My interpersonal skills have earned me praise for being an amiable employee with immense contribution to the building of a collaborative work atmosphere in the company.
