I have been in manufacturing manager for many years with experience as a Supervisor, Production Manager and Plant Manager. I am a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and have been very successful turning inefficient processes into well run buttoned down processes where employees are empowered and quality is king. Setting a positive manufacturing culture and process improvement are my strong point.
